1. What does it mean to register as a buyer? ABSOLUTELY FREE, NO HIDDEN COST
Registering as a buyer is a free service offered to any legal entities or institutions. This may include schools, municipalities, NGO, close corporation e.t.c. Registered buyers can create quotaion templates onlne and invite prospective suppliers to provide various goods or services.

1. Fill online registration form. 2. Receive e-mail with user name and password and log-in 3. Update details. Check help menu to see detailed steps.

3. What does it mean to register as a supplier? NO MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACTS. NO HIDDEN COST.
Another term for the supplier is a seller, someone who provides goods or services. Suppliers are registered business entities like Close Corporation, Pty Ltd, Ltd, co-ops, partnership, joint ventures, professionals that do business to make profits.
Registration as a supplier is also free.

How do I register as a supplier
1. Fill in oline registration form. 2. Retrieve username and password on your e-mail. 4. Log in and update MY PROFILE. Check help menu to see detailed steps.

5. I cannot see my quotations on view tenders or search tenders
There are two reasons why this can happen :-
1. Your publish date is in advance. To change your publish date ;
Login->My profile-> My Tenders-> then under sub heading OPTION click EDIT then change Publish Date.
2. You have not created a quote template;
Login->My profile->My Tenders->then under sub heading TENDER DESCRIPTION select desired quotation. Click on QUOTATION then select CREATE QUOTATION TEMPLATE.
6. I forgot my user name and password?
Your username will always be your e-mail address. If you have several e-mail addresses and you do not remember which one used to register your business, do not hesitate to call mytenders (see contacts). If you forgotten your password, click on forgot password and follow instructions and provide new password.
7. Is the site safe to use my credit card online to make payments.
Absolutely, Yes. In South Africa and internationally online credit card fraud is descreasing, more and more people are using their cards online. Thanks as well to latest technology that prevents the receipient to see credit card details of the credit card user. E-commerce as is also known uses complex encrypting codes to safeguard your credit details not to fall in hands of criminals.

I don't have a credit card, how else can I pay and be connected instantly? (Site currently free, do not worry)
No way for now. Please make an EFT or Debit Order payment and send proof of payment by fax or e-mail.
9. How long does it take to be activated if I pay by credit credit.(Site currently free till further notice)
Instantly. No faxing.
10. How long does it take to be activated if I pay by Electronic Transfer from other bank? (Site currently free till further notice)
Once we receive your deposit on our account FNB will proceed immediately to activate your account . Make sure you send proof of payment as soon as possible. Your account will only be activated once funds reflect on our bank account.
11. I'm already registered as a buyer, how do I update my status and also be a supplier.
Log-in using your buyer profile. Click on MY PROFILE. On the left hand side of MY PROFILE menu you will see, Update to Supplier. Remember updating to supplier is at a fee. (see pricing). Follow instructions. Now you have BUYER AND SUPPLIER profile.
12. I'm already registered as supplier, how do i update my status and also be a buyer.
Log-in using your supplier profile. Click on MY PROFILE. On the left hand side of MY PROFILE menu you will see, Update to Buyer. Follow instructions. Now you have SUPPLIER AND BUYER profile.
